Eligibility for Returns

If any returned item does not meet the above conditions, Ethos Watch reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund at our discretion.
Free Return Shipping
We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any returned items that meet the return criteria.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include detailed photos. We will prioritize your request and arrange for a prompt replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.
