Shipping Policy

At Ethos Watch, we’re committed to providing a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. This policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, product launches, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified if any delays occur.


Shipping Regions & Delivery Timeframes

We offer Priority Express Domestic Shipping for select regions and Tracked International Shipping for all other destinations.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by local customs processing, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special offers or product launches — these will be clearly stated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track the delivery progress in real time.

If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ethoswatch.store.


Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Verify the delivery location with household members or neighbors.

  2. Check with your local delivery provider or post office.

  3. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with a shipping investigation.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.


International Orders (Rest of World)

For orders shipped outside of Australia, Canada, and the United States:

  • Delivery times may vary by destination and customs procedures.

  • Import duties, taxes, or fees may be charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

  • Ethos Watch does not control these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
